1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using this application you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The Service
The app lets you request money-exchange transactions between supported banks and wallets. The office reviews each request and processes the transfer once your payment is confirmed. We are a facilitator of exchange requests and are not a bank.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date and your device secure.
4. Rates & Fees
Each exchange shows the applicable fee and the amount you will receive before you confirm. The rate shown at the time of your request applies to that request. Fees may vary by bank pair and are set by the office.
5. Your Payment
After creating a request you must send the exact amount to the office account shown and upload a clear proof of payment. Requests without valid proof within the allowed time may be cancelled.
6. Processing & Timing
Transfers are processed after the office verifies your payment. Timing depends on the banks involved and may vary. You can track the status of every request inside the app.
7. Refunds & Disputes
If a transfer cannot be completed, the office will refund the received amount to your account. Disputes should be raised through Support with your request reference so the team can review it.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, money laundering, fraud, or on behalf of a third party without authorisation. Suspicious activity may be reported to the authorities and may result in your account being suspended.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your exchanges and keep records required for the audit trail. Your data is not sold. Financial history may be retained as required by law even after account deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect details you provide, bank delays, or events beyond our control.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
