1. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who creates an account or uses the app.
2. Information We Collect
To create and operate your account we collect your name, phone number, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself). When you create an exchange, we record the banks/wallets involved, the amount, the office account you paid into, your linked account details for that bank, and any payment or payout proof image you upload. We also store a device token to deliver push notifications, and basic technical logs (like timestamps) for security.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create your account, verify your identity, process and track your exchange requests, communicate with you (in-app and push notifications) about your requests, respond to support requests, and keep the records our business needs for accounting and fraud prevention.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work — OTPIQ (to deliver SMS verification codes) and Firebase/Google (to deliver push notifications) — and only the minimum needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Request account deletion. When you do, your phone number and password are permanently removed and you can no longer sign in — your account is fully locked. Your name may remain visible on your past exchange requests, which are kept as financial records, as is standard practice for money-service businesses and as required for accounting purposes.
6. Your Choices
You can review and delete your account inside the app, choose your language and appearance, and control which support contact methods you use. For any other request about your data, contact us through Support.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored in readable form), sessions use signed tokens, and access to customer data is restricted to authorized office staff, with every administrative action recorded in an audit log.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
